Q. What type of leases does Heritage Arms offer?
A. While Heritage Arms generally prefers to lease apartments for one year, we do offer some flexibility for our tenants who require a shorter lease. In addition to the one-year pricing found on our apartment pages, 9-month leases are available for an additional $25 per month; 6-month leases are available for an additional $50 per month; and 3-month leases are available for an additional $100 per month.

Q. How many bedrooms are available at Heritage Arms Apartments?
A. All of our apartments at Heritage Arms contain two bedrooms.

Q. Do the apartments at Heritage Arms have extra space for storage?
A. All of our apartments at Heritage Arms have a dedicated storage unit.

Q. Does Heritage Arms Apartments allow pets?
A. Heritage Arms is a pet-free property.

Q. What materials do I need for the Heritage Arms application process?
A. To apply for a Heritage Arms apartment, you will need to complete a rental application. Once we have your completed application, we will review your credit report, employment and rental history. You also must provide proof of income and a current driver's license or government-issued ID.

Q. What is included in the rental of my Heritage Arms apartment?

A. Your monthly Heritage Arms rental fee includes heat, water/sewer, trash removal, recycling and a covered carport. Apartments include maintenance-free living with 24-hour emergency maintenance service.

Q. Can I install a satellite dish at my Heritage Arms apartment?
A. No. Heritage Arms apartments are wired for Charter Communications cable services. AT&T packages are also available through your phone lines.

Q. What do I do if I have a maintenance issue in my Heritage Arms apartment?
